MoveTrek Mobility employs an internet-based technology that supports both our client and their relocating employees. Different security levels permit everyone to see the data they need. All transferees will receive a secure "log in" and will be able, from any internet-enabled computer, to log onto MoveTrek's system to view and interact with data relevant to them. Through our Movetrek Mobility portal, your transferee has access 24/7/365. Capabilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Accessing relocation policies and related documents
  • Interacting with the relocation consultant
  • Checking the personal file for move updates, etc.
  • Submitting and tracking expenses
  • Accessing tools and information

Ad Hoc reports for management can be broken down by division or cost center. Ad-hoc reporting is very flexible. Complete reporting is available on all components of the relocation process including home sale activity and costs, moving expense reimbursements, home finding activities, supplier performance, transferee satisfaction and much more. Reports can be rolled up (or drilled down) at almost any level, subdivided by division or cost center, or run company-wide.
