Ms. Joliffe wrote: "My counselor was always available - day, night, weekends whenever we needed him - We have relocated 3 times with another company and this was the best service we ever had. Terry made everything easy."

My counselor really worked hard to make sure I understood the process and followed up with me regularly during the process. Mr. Bollag wrote: Our counselor was really outstanding - based on three relocation experiences we've had. He was always available (seemingly 24/7, even on vacation) and had a terrific knowledge of the relocation process as well as the local resources on the buying and selling side. Our relocation had a number of complications come up, and he always either had a great suggestion for solving the issue or took matters into his own hands and resolved them. He listened well early in the process, got to know what aspects of the move were of greatest concern to us, and structured the situation to best fit our needs. I gained great respect for him through this process, and I would recommend him (and MoveTrek) very highly and without hesitation."

He was courteous, easy to work with and helpful. He responded to all of my needs sometimes even before I knew I needed it. I want to thank him especially for how easy things went on the whole for my relocation down to San Antonio. The reimbursement checks were on-time and he even took care of getting me the essential claims form we needed when we found things broken during our unpacking. Thanks for everything.
