Our Team of Experts

MoveTrek's team of dedicated Account Managers has between 16 to 26 years of individual experience and provides personalized consulting services and support to our clients and transferees worldwide. We deliver the highest quality service and an exceptional relocation experience through our "Single Point-of-Contact" service model for each relocating employee and their family. Through this service model, your employees' Account Manager will provide personalized counseling, coordinate and manage all services, and be an advocate throughout the relocation process. We are proactive in keeping our clients and relocating employees informed and updated at all times. Transferees can reach their Account Manager after hours, on weekends, and will never be passed through a call center. This enhances communication and the quality of service for the employee during what can be a stressful time.

MoveTrek is an independent and privately-owned and operated company. While other relocation providers may be tied to a specific real estate company or van line, MoveTrek is able to select the best suppliers in the industry no matter what their affiliation. We are able to provide high quality service and best pricing to our clients and transferees because we have the flexibility to choose vendors based on performance and service delivery. Volume negotiated discounts are passed on directly to our clients with complete transparency. We choose our service partners very carefully, as they are an extension of MoveTrek and represent the direct service we provide to our clients and their transferees.

Our relocation management system is web-based and gives secure real-time access that is available 24 hours a day from any location. Our clients can monitor program activity and budget details for every relocating transferee and each transferee can access their own detailed information. Both clients and transferees have a customized protected password. The process is smooth and effecient and contributes to a positive relocation experience.

Total Transparency

We perform a rigorous audit of final invoices against overall budget, preliminary budget, and physical survey, with special attention to household goods and property settlements.
